At SodaPopped, we want you to love every purchase. Because our products are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners, return eligibility and conditions may vary by product. We are committed to working on your behalf to make sure every order is resolved fairly and quickly.
How to initiate a return
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@sodapopped.com. Please include your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. We will coordinate with the supplier on your behalf and follow up with next steps.
Return conditions
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. We are not able to accept returns on final sale items.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your order has an issue on the supplier's end, contact us and we will work to resolve it at no cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
